At Playtime Pet Sitting, we know that plans can change faster than a dog chasing a squirrel. That’s why we keep things flexible when it comes to reservations, changes, and cancellations. As a local business, we don’t believe in nickel-and-diming our clients—so we don’t charge for cancellations. We completely understand that work, kids, traffic, and, well… life, can get in the way.
That said, if cancellations happen often without at least 24 hours’ notice, we do reserve the right to add a fee. It’s not because we don’t love you (or your pets!)—it just helps us keep our schedule fair and available for everyone.
Bottom line? We’re here to make life easier, not harder. So if you need to adjust, just give us a shout—we’ll work with you.
